Man in Astana arrested for 10 days after social media livestream
Tengrinews.kz – In Astana, police officers identified the account of a man during social media monitoring who used obscene language on his page and allegedly consumed a narcotic substance, citing the press service of the capital’s police department.
During the inspection, the man’s identity was established. He turned out to be 36-year-old Rustam Mukhametrakhimov.
For posting illegal content on social media, the man was held administratively liable and, by court decision, arrested for 10 days.
In addition, the inspection confirmed the fact of non-medical use of a narcotic drug. In this regard, the man was held liable.
A criminal case has been opened over the illegal handling of narcotic drugs without intent to sell. The necessary investigative actions are underway. A final legal assessment of his actions will be given based on the results of the investigation.
