Kazakhstanis will start receiving notifications about their well-being level from next week

Tengrinews.kz — Starting next week, Kazakhstanis will begin receiving notifications regarding their family welfare assessment. This was announced by Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, Askarbek Yertayev.
According to the minister, welfare level notifications have already been sent to a small group of Category A citizens. As a result, some families voluntarily opted out of receiving benefits.

"We have already sent notifications to a small pilot group, and 200 opt-outs have been recorded. Technical work is currently underway," Yertayev reported.

Vice-Minister of Labor Bakhtiyar Zhazykpayev added that a more large-scale rollout of notifications.

"If a person wishes to do so and believes they do not need benefits, they will have the opportunity to opt out," the official explained.

At this stage, it remains unclear whether notifications will be mass-distributed to all Kazakhstanis. According to Yertayev, this matter will be decided by a working group, which will then determine the subsequent distribution procedure.
The official also noted that receiving a notification does not necessarily mean a person will be immediately informed of their assigned welfare category. According to him, citizens will be informed about the availability of the relevant assessment tool.
Earlier reports indicated that Kazakhstanis would receive push notifications regarding the welfare category to which they have been assigned. Data analysis will continue until the end of the year.
