These cadets of the Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) say a silent prayer and pledge of service to the nation to the 44 commandos of the PNP Special Action Force (SAF) whose memory and images have been immortalized in this mural at the PNPA campus in Camp Mariano Castañeda in Silang, Cavite.
