Congress likely to pass bill seeking tax exemption for Pia Wurtzbach
The House of Representatives will likely pass a measure seeking to exempt Miss Universe 2015 Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach from paying tax on all her winnings and prizes, including her costly Czech Republic-made crown.
