SCDOT proposes $484 million plan to widen part of Interstate 26 in Charleston Neck Area
The state Department of Transportation proposed a nearly $484 million plan Wednesday to add two lanes to Interstate 26 along a 6-mile stretch in the Charleston Neck Area.
