The Supreme Court (SC) has affirmed its decision reinstating Exequiel Javier as Antique governor even as it denied a motion for reconsideration filed against its ruling on the case which was handed down last month. SC Spokesman Theodore O. Te said the denial of the motion for reconsideration filed by Roquero and Aldon “is effective immediately.” In its decision written by Justice Arturo D.
