Ashley River bike lane test set for April to May
Just a few hours after the final runners and walkers cross the Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge on April 2, one lane on the T. Allen Legare Bridge will be shut to traffic temporarily to help establish a bike and pedestrian lane there.
