No clear-cut foreign policy for May 9 bets

All those gunning for the highest office in the land in the May 9, 2016, national and local elections have yet to come out with any substantial foreign policy platform, especially when it comes to dealing with the territorial dispute in the South China Sea. This was pointed out by top international relations and diplomacy experts during a foreign policy conference organized to aid the next Philippine president held last Tuesday at the PLDT Hall of the University of Asia and the Pacific (UA&P) in Pasig City.
