Abortion rights supporters hold rally urging Gov. Nikki Haley to veto abortion bill
COLUMBIA — Gov. Nikki Haley will most likely sign a bill banning women from having abortions at 20 weeks of pregnancy, but abortion rights supporters said they wanted lawmakers to know the public is taking note of the laws they pass.
