Scope of 'Tucker Hipps' bill set to broaden beyond fraternity, sorority misconduct
COLUMBIA — A bill that would increase transparency of misconduct issues by fraternities and sororities heads to the S.C. Senate floor where a proposed amendment could add varsity college athletic teams to the mix.
