BRP Gregorio Velasquez to arrive in Guam on Saturday

MANILA, May 25 — The BRP Gregorio Velasquez (AGR-702), the Philippine Navy (PN)’s first survey ship, is expected to arrive in Guam on Saturday before resuming her voyage home. She is expected to arrive there May 28. After a short stop, she will then proceed to the Philippines. Her estimated time of arrival in the country is third week of June,” he added. The ship, after being transferred and commissioned to the PN, left San Diego, California last April 26 and arrived in Hawaii early this month.
