Robredo tops partial NBOC count

George Erwin Garcia, the legal counsel of Marcos, questioned the voter turnout for the vice president, saying that it’s too low compared to the voter turnout for the country’s top post. “How come there’s about 600, 000 ‘undervote’ for the vice presidential post?” Garcia pointed out.
