Lawmakers reach agreement on ethics reform law creating investigations panel
COLUMBIA — In an effort to bring trust back into the Statehouse, members of the S.C. House and Senate are poised to agree on legislation that would create an independent panel to investigate lawmakers accused of wrongdoing.
