Speaker Jay Lucas calls out Senate, Gov. Nikki Haley on roads bill delays
COLUMBIA — S.C. House Speaker Jay Lucas blasted Gov. Nikki Haley and the state Senate on Tuesday, saying the House has tried everything it could to fix roads this year.
