Better late than never
A Commission on Elections (Comelec) personnel marks the list of presidential and senatorial candidates to see who among them have already filed their Statements of Contributions and Expenditures (SOCE) as of Tuesday’s deadline. Candidates, who won in the May 9 elections, will not be allowed to assume their posts if they do not file their SOCEs with the Comelec. (John Jerome Ganzon)
