Exhibits offer powerful cosmopolitan scenes and female figures

In many ways, I feel like the modern concept of cities was made not merely for a functional purpose, but for an aesthetic one as well. In other words, authors, artists and painters romanticize cities. In the same way that the natural world, in many ways the opposite of a city, contains endless detail, so too does the city.
