Manila Bulletin invites public to write pledges of change

More than a thousand people are expected to write their promises at the Manila Bulletin’s Pledge of Change campaign installation at the Agrifina Circle in front of the Lapu-Lapu Statue at the Rizal Park. The promises will be installed in glasses that will form the 6×24-foot installation shaped like the Philippine flag. The waterproof installation will be on display until June 13. Margaret Laogan-Riola of the MB Marketing Team, said the public is invited to make pledges of change today as a contribution to make the Philippines a better country. “We really want people to basically promise what they can commit. We don’t want them shooting for the stars and end up not staying true to it,” she said.
