Education officials: Charleston County School of Arts principal did alert bosses about teacher, student relationship

Charleston County School District officials did an about-face last week and acknowledged that a magnet school principal took steps last year to notify her superiors about allegations of an inappropriate relationship between a math teacher and his student.
