Port: Traffic situation around Mount Pleasant terminal 'still dynamic'

The State Ports Authority said traffic flow improved around the Wando Welch Terminal on Tuesday, but the maritime agency was still ironing out the kinks of a new access system that has led to major traffic snarls in that area of Mount Pleasant.
