Henares conducts major reorganization in BIR
Internal Revenue Commissioner Kim S. Jacinto-Henares conducted a major reorganization of selected regional and district offices in Metro Manila and elsewhere even as she is scheduled to be replaced Wednesday by lawyer Cesar Dulay.
