SC junks petition to probe, charge those behind DAP, PDAF
The Supreme Court (SC) dismissed yesterday a petition that sought to compel the Office of the Ombudsman to investigate and file charges against those behind the implementation of the Disbursement Acceleration Program (DAP) and those involved in the Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF).
