GERI investing P10 B for hotels to boost recurring income

Tourism and leisure township developer Global-Estate Resorts, Inc. (GERI), a subsidiary brand of property giant Megaworld, is spending around P10 billion to build the five hotels as part of efforts to build up its portfolio of recurring income generators.
