‘Butchoy’ moves slower to Taiwan

Typhoon "Butchoy" (international name: Nepartak) is expected to exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility on Friday, as it continues to move northwest to Taiwan at a slower pace of 25 kph, the state weather bureau said.
