Comelec to follow SC ruling on new petition vs SOCE filing extension
The Commission on Elections (Comelec) will follow whatever the ruling of Supreme Court (SC) on a petition filed by the political party of President Rodrigo Duterte asking to nullify its order extending the filing of Statement of Contributions and Expenditures (SOCE).
