SC orders Comelec to comment on PDP-Laban’s petition vs. SOCE filing extension

MANILA -- The Supreme Court (SC) ordered the Commission on Elections (Comelec) on Tuesday to comment on the petition filed by the Partido Demokratiko ng Pilipinas-Lakas ng Bayan ((PDP-Laban) that questioned the extension made by the poll body on the submission of the Statement of Contributions and Expenditures (SOCE) for the winning and losing candidates in the May 9, 2016 national and local elections.
