Procedural lapses cause high rate of acquittal of illegal drugs suspects
Procedural lapses of arresting officers have caused the acquittal of some 70 percent of the illegal drug personalities who were arrested in Caloocan City as part of the uncompromising anti-illegal drug campaign of the Duterte administration.
