Freddie Aguilar accepts NCCA appointment
Veteran singer Freddie Aguilar has confirmed that he accepted President Duterte’s appointment for him to head the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCAA) as reported by GMA’s Unang Balita, Tuesday.
