PAGASA: LPA to form within 48 hours
A new low pressure area (LPA) is seen to form east of the country within 48 hours, which may bring light to moderate rains over the eastern section of Visayas and Mindanao by mid-week, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).
