Study: 2 Charleston-area communities among most affordable in S.C.
Two Charleston-area communities are listed among the top 10 most affordable in South Carolina, according to a study by financial technology firm SmartAsset. It measured housing costs relative to income and found unincorporated Ladson and the city of Goose Creek made the cut.
