Sister of Emanuel AME shooting victim Rev. DePayne Middleton-Doctor joins wrongful death lawsuits
The sister of one of the nine Emanuel AME Church shooting victims has joined a series of wrongful death lawsuits filed against the federal government alleging that clerical errors allowed Dylann Roof to buy the gun he used during last year’s shooting.
