Cayetano: Crime rate has dropped with Duterte administration

Sen. Alan Peter Cayetano, a strong ally and running mate of Duterte during the May 2016 elections, for his part criticized those branding the more than 1,000 killings as “extra judicial killings” and also scored the media for coming up with a “kill lists.”
