CJ Sereno states reasons for delay or dismissal of drug cases
Chief Justice (CJ) Maria Lourdes Sereno admitted the lack of government lawyers and the non-appearance of witnesses have been some of the main reasons which have led to the delay or the dismissal of drug cases in courts.
