Bahamas storm shows signs of forming cyclone
The Atlantic storm moving toward the Bahamas started to show a circulation center — the beginnings of an eye — on Thursday. But the wrap-around of thunderstorms that would make it a tropical cyclone hadn’t appeared and it remained a disorganized system.
