I-Act directs traffic
A member of the Philippine National Police–Highway Patrol Group (HPG) directs traffic along EDSA in Quezon City yesterday. The Department of Transportation (DOTr) has designated the HPG as the traffic leader in the National Capital Region (NCR) following a meeting with members of the Inter-agency Council for Traffic (I-ACT) yesterday.
