Erap orders road clearing, drainage-declogging operations to ease floods during rainy season
MANILA -- Manila Mayor Joseph “Erap” Estrada on Sunday has ordered a thorough cleanup of all clogged drainage and creeks to reduce the risks of floods this rainy season.
