Mayor Espinosa exposes Kerwin’s protectors in E.Visayas

TACLOBAN CITY, Leyte — A top official of the Department of Justice (DOJ) in Eastern Visayas has bared that embattled Albuera, Leyte Mayor Rolando Espinosa Sr. has detailed the illegal drug activities of his missing son Kerwin and has named persons behind the illegal trade in Leyte and Samar.
