Treasurer Loftis before State Ethics Commission
COLUMBIA -- State Treasurer Curtis Loftis is meeting behind closed doors with the State Ethics Commission today after a 2014 complaint alleged he helped a friend get hired to represent his office in a lawsuit three years ago.
