Explaining alibi in 911 call, North Charleston murder suspect says he rode moped to see Confederate sub

When he dialed 911, a North Charleston murder suspect said he had found his roommate dead earlier this week after returning from a moped ride with his wife to see the Confederate submarine H.L. Hunley.
