Mulvaney leads Person in new poll
COLUMBIA -- U.S. Rep. Mick Mulvaney, R-S.C., leads Democratic challenger Fran Person in the state’s most watched congressional race, the Upstate’s 5th District, according to the results of a S.C. Republican Party poll.
