Berkeley County urges residents of Daniel Island, Clements Ferry Road area to leave because of storm surge
Berkeley County officials are urging residents remaining on Daniel Island and along the Clements Ferry Road corridor to evacuate because of the projected storm surge of up to 9 feet from Hurricane Matthew.
