Family of man who drowned in puddle during Hurricane Matthew angry at S.C. nursing home

COLUMBIA, S.C. — The family of a 66-year-old man who drowned in a puddle while pinned under his electric wheelchair during Hurricane Matthew wants to know why employees left him alone at his South Carolina nursing home.
