They look like they’re flying across the façade of this building, but the staff of the Upside Down Museum in Pasay City are just showing how a little bit of imagination could translate into a lots of fun for museum goers. The art museum is located at the Boom na Boom grounds in the Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP) Complex and is open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. (Ali Vicoy/ Manila Bulletin)
