May 19 will be partly cloudy with no precipitation. Easterly winds at 2–7 m/s at night, increasing to 5–10 m/s during the day. Nighttime temperatures of +6...+8°C, with daytime highs of +22...+24°C.

May 20 will see variable cloudiness, with rain, thunderstorms, and hail in the afternoon. Southwesterly winds at 9–14 m/s, with daytime gusts reaching 15–18 m/s. Nighttime temperatures of +7...+9°C, daytime highs of +25...+27°C.

May 21 will be partly cloudy, with rain expected during the night and morning hours. Winds will shift from northwesterly to northeasterly at 9–14 m/s, with gusts of 15–20 m/s at night and in the morning. Nighttime temperatures of +8...+10°C, daytime highs of +15...+17°C.

Heavy rains to sweep across Kazakhstan

Forecasters previously stated that over the next three days, an anticyclone ridge will maintain warm, clear weather across northern, eastern, and central Kazakhstan. Meanwhile, western and southern regions will fall under the influence of a southern cyclone, bringing rain, thunderstorms, squally winds, and possible hail.

Heavy rain is expected on May 19 and 21 in the Kyzylorda and Turkestan regions, and between May 19–21 in the Zhambyl region. On May 20–21, a northern cyclone is expected to bring heavy rain, thunderstorms, hail, and squalls to northern and eastern Kazakhstan.
