Mysterious disappearance of Kazakh citizen in US: body found

Tengrinews.kz – A body that may presumably belong to a previously missing Kazakh citizen has been found in the United States. This was announced by official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Yerlan Zhetybayev.
A briefing is being held today at Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs. According to Zhetybayev, shortly before the briefing, the ministry received updated information about the missing Kazakh citizen.

“The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has received information from the competent U.S. authorities about the discovery of a body that is presumed to be that of a citizen of Kazakhstan. The American side is currently carrying out the necessary procedures. Our diplomats are in contact with the competent U.S. authorities and the citizen’s relatives. They are being provided with the necessary consular and legal assistance,” Yerlan Zhetybayev said.

The Foreign Ministry promised to provide additional information as official data is received from the American side.
