By decree of the Head of State, Eldar Seydakhmetovich Tolganbayev has been appointed Assistant to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Internal Policy and Communications.

Eldar Tolganbayev's Biography

Born in 1981 in the Almaty region.

He graduated from the Shakarim State University of Semey and the Kunayev University.

He began his career in 2005 as a chief specialist in the administration of the Alakol District Maslikhat in the Almaty region.2005-2006: Chief specialist of the internal policy department of the Alakol District Akimat, Almaty region.

From 2006 to 2008, he worked within the Ministry of Culture and Information.2008-2012: Chief consultant; head of the operational information sector of the Information and Analytical Center of the Prime Minister's Office.2012-2016: Deputy Director of the Central Communications Service under the President.2016-2019: Advisor to the Chairman of the Mazhilis of Parliament.

In 2019, he worked in the private sector.2019-2020: Deputy Chairman of the Board of Almaty City Development Center JSC.2020-2022: First Deputy General Director of Almaty TV and Radio Company JSC.

From June 2022 to June 2023, he served as a State Inspector of the Presidential Administration.

He also served as Vice Minister of Information and Social Development..

In 2024, he became the Head of the Government Apparatus of Kazakhstan.
