SBA Urban to issue EUR 1.6 million bond tranche for the Vėjo Miestelis project

SBA Urban company Urban WIND Residential continues the distribution of EUR 5 million bond issuance and today offers investors the third tranche of EUR 1.6 million. The funds will be used for the financing of the first phase of the unique real estate project Vėjo Miestelis (Wind Town) in Svencelė.
