Vilnius Business Parks are nearing full occupancy: demand for high-quality stock-office premises continues

​Vilnius Business Parks, developed by Darnu Group, are reaching an important milestone: all retail and stock-office premises on Gariūnų Street have been sold or leased, while the occupancy rate of the retail warehouse premises on Sedulų Street stands at 95%. Mykolas Čiplys, Head of Sales and Rental at Darnu Group, says this reflects strong and sustained demand for high-quality commercial premises in the capital, although investment decisions are now being made more cautiously and take considerably longer than they did a few years ago.
