Civinity and Sail Invest acquire Admeo, a property management company managing 160-buildings, for EUR 4.3 million

​Civinity, a group specialising in building maintenance, engineering and technological solutions, together with Sail Invest, a company controlled by Domas Dargis, have completed the acquisition of Admeo, a Vilnius-based property management company. Through the jointly controlled company SPV 31, the buyers acquired 100 per cent of Admeo’s shares.
