Lawyer: Retired Navy officer expected to plead guilty
HONOLULU (AP) — A retired U.S. Navy commander in Hawaii charged in a growing corruption scandal involving a Malaysian defense contractor was expected to plead guilty Tuesday to lying to investigators.
