Donetsk People's Republic Starts Probe Over Alleged Attack on OSCE Observers
The defense ministry of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) has launched an investigation in connection with the alleged attack on OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) observers on the republic's territory, the ministry’s representative told Sputnik on Tuesday.
